Professor Fawzi A.Ikraiam

Professor of physics, Physics Department, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, Libya Specialization: Nuclear and High Energy Physics as well as semiconductor device theory, modeling and simulation with special interest in modeling, circuit simulation and characterizing SOI-MOS devices, with the possibility of applications to harsh environment. Research interests are still in these areas with the possibility of extending them into similar and new fields, such as the miniaturization of electronic devices, the employment of electronic devices to harsh environment areas and the new fields of high energy physics. In addition, I was editor in chief and a reviewer for a number of scientific journals.
